@@faixan4415 This shit is pain in the ass. I have 15 old depressed scars all over my face (after acne). I tried different approaches. My guess is the best treatment for them is subcision sessions with or not hyaluronic acid filler (doctors have different opinions about fillers). Results would be minimal every time and you could need MANY sessions. And then maybe do dermabrasion after to smoothe them out. If you not patient enough you could try excision, but leave it as a last resort because they could make them look even worse. Some people recomend to use dermapen at home. But I'm scared that I will make them worse and better to trust specialist to do it. The key is to find suitable doctor who know what he is doing. For example one "dermathologist" burned one small mole on my nose and now I have big ass depressed scar instead. That scar looks even worse than a mole now. Another doctor said she took out too much and burned fat under my skin and my body can't regenerate enough collagen there, especially on nose. Be careful, I'm serious. Try to find respectable and trusted doctor. Good luck.
